Out-of-Field Teachers

Dear Parent or Guardian:
In an effort to ensure that all students at Team Success are provided the highest quality education by effective and skilled teachers, we are continually working to make sure all teachers of core academic subjects meet the qualifications for state certification. In order for a teacher to meet the requirements for state certification, they must:
- have a Bachelor's degree or higher,
- complete a state-approved teacher education program, and
- demonstrate knowledge ·ofthe academic subject area(s) in which they teach.
Although Team Success makes every effort to hire teachers that meet the state certification requirements, we would like to inform you that your child's teacher, Eric Noah has not met the state requirements. Eric Noah is currently working to meet the requirements, and the Manatee School District has full confidence in his ability to teach your child effectively.
In addition, Team Success is providing on-going assistance to Eric Noah so that he continues to support student achievement in your child's school. If you have any questions regarding Eric Noah qualifications, please feel free to contact Principal Nicole Howe at (941) 714-7260.
