NEW FAMILIES
 

Team Success – A School of Excellence- strives to provide a safe, caring and rigorous learning environment for all students. We are a public charter/Title 1 school. There is no tuition and everyone in the community is welcome to apply for enrollment. Team Success aims to empower our students so that they develop the necessary tools to overcome obstacles. Through education and cooperative learning, we will guide our students to build strong academic foundations for success. New families are encouraged to fill out the “Intent to Enroll Form”, which is available online and in person at the main office throughout February 28, 2022. 
 
Due to large numbers of new enrollment requests, Team Success uses a school-wide lottery system. The “Intent to Enroll Form” of every new family will randomly be drawn from all submitted forms. By mid-March of 2020, the school registrar will contact the parents/guardians to confirm if their child is able to attend the school. The registrar will provide the parents then with information about the next steps of the enrollment process. Parents will be required to meet with office staff in person to go over the mandatory enrollment documents. Please keep in mind that every new ESE student will be subject to a review in collaboration with the School District of Manatee County to ensure that Team Success is able to meet the special educational needs as determined on the IEP. 
 
More applicants than classroom seats available: 
In the case of more applications than classroom seats available in a specific grade level, the student will be placed on a waiting list for the entire school year. 
 
Please note: Available spots will be filled with siblings of existing families first.
